While many families choose a comprehensive package, we can also build a personalized support plan based on your needs, preferences, and level of support you’re looking for.

If the client is comfortable, I will take a few candid birth photos and share them within 72 hours of delivery in a password protected gallery — at no additional charge.

Additional Postpartum Visit

Additional postpartum visits provide hands-on, non-medical support during the early weeks after birth, when many families benefit from continued guidance and reassurance.

What’s Included

• Newborn care education and confidence-building support

• Feeding support (non-clinical; bottle, breast, combination feeding)

• Emotional check-ins and recovery support

• Guidance around light newborn-related household tasks
  (education and support only — not a housekeeping service)

$175 per 2-hour visit

50% due at contract signing

50% due by 36 weeks gestation

💳 Payment Options

I offer several flexible payment options to make booking support as accessible as possible:

• Stripe (via Doulado) – My primary payment method and the best option for clients planning to use HSA/FSA funds. Eligibility and approval are determined by your individual plan.

• Square – Available as an alternative payment option and may offer Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Klarna or Afterpay, subject to approval.

• Venmo, Cash, ACH or Check – Also accepted.

Processing Fees
A 3% processing fee applies to payments made via Stripe, Square (standard payments), or Venmo.
Payments made using Buy Now, Pay Later options incur a 6% transaction fee.

Important Notes

• Buy Now, Pay Later options are administered by third-party providers and cannot be used with HSA/FSA funds.

• Approval of HSA/FSA payments or reimbursement is determined by your plan administrator.

• Detailed invoices or receipts are provided to support reimbursement submissions when applicable.

All doula services with Empowered Beginnings are provided on a private-pay basis.

I am registered with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey to support insurance reimbursement for doula services. If your plan offers a doula benefit, I provide detailed invoices and superbills to help you submit for reimbursement.

Carrot Fertility
I am an eligible doula provider through Carrot Fertility, and my services are structured to align with covered birth doula support. I’m happy to provide documentation to assist with reimbursement.

Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary by plan.
